Itinerary Day by Day:

DAY 1: TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUAN.

Our arranged team meets you at the airport in Tangier, and begins your wonderful 12 days tour from Tangier. First of all, you would explore the city of Tangier. You visit two important sites of Cave of Hercules, and Cape Spartel Lighthouse. Next, you depart to Chefchaouen, where our team drops you off at your accommodation for the nighttime.

 DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES.

You transfer from Chefchaouen to Fes via Volubilis, which is the best preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. First of all, you make a visit to the ruins with an experienced local guide. Furthermore, you head to Meknes that is one of the four former imperial cities. You explore Bab”gate” Mansour, the gate that was the last project during Moulay Ismail reign(1672 – 1727). Nearby Lahdim square, where you can have a walk before you move to the next spot.

Later on, you discover Es Souani Bassin. It is a reservoir of water that provides gardes, hammams, and houses with water. Finally, you continue your superb 12 days tour from Tangier to Fes, where you spend the night.

DAY 3: FES SIGHTSEEING.

You will have a local guide to explore the oldest Medina in the World. The Medina”old town” of Fes was founded in the 8th century, and it is the cultural capital of Morocco. Therefore, your tour will be spent in the medina , and visit the following interesting spots;

Firstly, you have a look at Dar al-Makhzen”Royal Palace” golden gate, which was constracted during the Marinid dynasty (13th century). Secondly, you visit al Qarawiyyin University that was founded in 857 – 859. Thirdly, you explore Mellah; the Jewish quarter that date back to the mid of 15th century.

Furthermore, you discover Bou Inania Madrasa, which is built in the 14th century during the Marinid reign. Next, you pay a visit to different souks”markets” within the medina. Moreover, the city is best-known for potteries and ceramics that you shall explore in your tour. Lastly, you visit the picturesque blue gate of the old town, and then head back to your accommodation.

DAY 4: FES – IFRANE – CEDAR FOREST TREES – MIDELT.

You depart from Fes to Midelt crossing the middle Atlas mountains, where the city of Ifrane Located. Ifrane is referred to as Switzerland of Morocco thanks to ski alpine resorts, lakes, and forests. After a break in the city, you carry on your beautiful 12 days tour from Tangier to Cedar forest.  You probably meet up with Barbary Apes, and have some fun. Furthemore, you will off to Medilt, which is sitauted on the side of the high Atlas mountains. Finally, you spend the night in the capital of apples,Medilt. 

 DAY 5: MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA(CAMEL RIDE AND SPEND THE NIGHT IN THE CAMP).

You will off to Merzouga through the high Atlas mounatins, and drive along the Ziz valley. Furthermore, you pause to enjoy a beautiful views, and clay buildings of the locals along the valley. Moreover, you continue your adorable 12 days tour from Tangier to Merzouga via the city of Erfoud. The city of Erfoud is very famous with fossils, and dates fruit.

Afterwards, you get your destination Sahara desert, where you take a dromadry ride. Your ride will be through the sand dunes, and your camel guide helps with photographies.  DAY 6: MERZOUGA SIGHTSEEING (ERG CHEBBI TOUR).

Before sunrise, your host in the camp wakes you up in order to observe the sunrise, and enjoy the colors of the early morning. Next, you begin your pure desert tour, which covers all of visiting nomads, a mine of mascara, and small villages of Berber. Firstly, you will off to visit nomads of Erg Chebbi; people those who still live in tents, which made with dromadry wools. Secondly, we explore an ancient mine of mascara; the smoky eye make-up that is perfect cosmetic to cleanse the eye surface and stimulates eyelash growth.

Thirdly, you enjoy the juicy traditional Berber pizza for lunch before you continue your fabulous 12 days tour from Tangier activities. Later on, you discover a small village of black-skinned people; those who are famous for their Gnawa music. In addition to that, you get to know about an irrigation system in Hassi el-Abiad village. Finally, you check in to your hotel/riad for the overnight. 

DAY 7: MERZOUGA – TAOUAS – RAMLIA – TAFRAOUTE SIDI ALI.

Transfer from Merzouga to Tafraoute Sidi Ali passing through several Berber villages. Also you take the former off-road of Rally Dakar surrounding with black desert, and some nomads families. Moreover, you have a break to discover the lifestyle of nomads, and have some tea with them. Furthermore, you carry on your wonderful 12 days tour from Tangier to a small village of Tafraoute Sidi Ali. At the evening, you meet up with a Berber family, and have a cooking class to make your dinner. Finally, you spend the night in a guest house. 

DAY 8: TAFRAOUTE – ALNIF – TODRA GORGE – DADES GORGE.

After an outdoor breakfast, you begins new day in your unique 12 days tour from Tangier passing through Alnif. The city of Alnif is not only best-known for public wedding ceremony but also it is a paradise for fossil hunters. Later on, you continue your journey to Dades gorge via Todra gorge, where are a wall of canyons standing. After you have a walk along the cliffs, you depart to Dades gogre. Eventaully, our team drops you off at your lodging for the nighttime.

DAY 9: DADES GORGE – DADES VALLEY – CITY OF ROSE – OUARZAZATE.

You depart to Ouarzazate through Dades valley, and the city of pink Roses. You would enjoy a nice views, and get to know about the roses products. Moreover, you resume your magnificent 12 days tour from Tangier passing via Skoura oases, and then Ouarzazate. The city of Ouarzazate has gained the name “Hollywood of Africa”, and it has the largest film studio in Morocco. Finally, you spend the night in Ouarzazte.

DAY 10: OUARZAZATE – AIT BENHADDOU – HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAIN – MARRAKECH.

You hit the road to the largest kasbah in Morocco, Ait Benhaddou Kasbah”castle”. The castle is best known for some movies that have been shot in here such as Gladiator, and Jewel of the Nile. In addition to that, you continue your stunning 12 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech passing through the high Atlas mountains. The mountains offers you stunning views, and get to know about Berber families villages along the slopes of the valleys. Lastly, you get Marrakech around 6pm, and you spend the night at your accommodation.

DAY 11: MARRAKECH WALKING TOUR.

In the morning, your local guide meets you at the lobby of your lodging, and begins your Marrakech walking tour. First of all, you explore the hidden monuments in the heart of the Medina”old town”. Historical sites including Bahia Palace, which is a 19th century Palace. Also, you discover Saadian Tombs, they date back to the former Saadian dynasty at the late of 14th century.

Furthermore, you get to know the history of the 12th century Koutoubia Mosque. Later on, you get lost walking in the Medina’s maze, and visit differet souks”markets”. Moreover, you have a walk on the busiest square of Jamaa El-fna, and enjoy a traditional dishes for lunch near the square. In addition to that, you visit the unique blue garden of Majorele in the modern area of Marrakech. Finally, you make your way back to your hotel/riad.

 Day 12: Marrakech airport.
