Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga(Camel trek and night in the camp)
Picking you up from your Hotel/Raid in Fes at 8:30 am and start your best two day tour from Fes to Sahara Desert of Merzouga. Your tour´s explorations begins at the middle atlas mountains where the city of Ifrane is located. Ifrane has gained a nickname of little Switzerland of Morocco because of its Swiss-Like Architecture, green lakes, and ski alpine resorts. Afterwards, you have a drive along the Cedar Forest of Azrou, where the Barbary Apes live. Before sunrise, camp’s staff will wake you up to climb the nearby dunes to watch the sun comes up above the horizon. After breakfast, you will ride camel back or go by Jeep back to Merzouga. Here you shall make your way back to Fes through the city of Rissani, where you make a visit to a traditional markets, selling spices, cloths, jewelry, and vegetables. Afterwards, you shall continue your magnificent 2 day tour from Fes to Merzouga through the high and middle atlas mountains ranges.
